
Refund and Returns Policy for MOTOPIX

At MOTOPIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to give you peace of mind.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
- It must not be a final sale item (see our exceptions below).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@motopix.xyz or call 407-368-8642 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number, securely package the item and send it back to the following address:

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please follow the same return process. You can use your refund to purchase a new item once your return is processed.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@motopix.xyz or call 407-368-8642 within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with returning the defective item and offer a replacement or refund.

MOTOPIX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
